a bit about me

I don’t like being photographed. Not because I’m shy or introverted, I just happen to be madly unphotogenic. And since we’re on the topic of irrational dislikes, I’m also slightly wary of people who take two pieces of gum like in an Orbit commercial or turn down a joint with, “I’m already crazy without it.”

But here’s what I do like: film, music, football, and alcohol, more or less in that order. I studied filmmaking at Columbia University in New York, and I’ve made four short films so far. They’ve screened at major festivals across Europe and the world, picking up several awards, including my favorite from the 65th March Festival in Belgrade, the second-oldest film festival in Europe.

Alongside fiction, I’ve worked in documentary, especially within the music industry. I’ve been making a film about the EXIT Festival, currently in post-production, featuring artists like David Guetta and Paul Kalkbrenner. I also recently released a documentary about Dance Arena, one of the world’s most iconic stages for electronic music, with interviews from legends like Carl Cox, Nina Kraviz, Boris Brejcha, Indira Paganotto, and many others.

And beyond all that, I’ve written audio podcasts and vertical dramas, directed and edited commercials, and worked on large-scale live-streamed festivals. In short, I say yes to anything that lets me be creative, or pays well enough to fake it.
